Artist’s Statement
My art works include...
BIO
As a Registered Nurse for 35 years, primarily in critical care, Peggy Lynch has become passionate
about her glass work as a creative outlet. She began working in stained glass, designing and
producing many forms from windows to 3 dimensional sculptures, ornaments and lamps.
As her love for glass grew, she expanded into hotglass, fusing and slumping plates bowls and vases. Currently
she lampworks sculptures that go into hand blown glass. It is her philosophy that everyone can
enjoy beautiful hand blown glass in their everyday life. Nature is only one of her inspirations
to produce glasses, vases, bowls and plates to be used and enjoyed in everyday life.
